Peter Millimet Creative Writing Fund

Each year the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation awards cash prizes to Manchester high school students to encourage them to develop their talents in creative writing with a special emphasis on poetry.

For 2025, cash prizes will be awarded as follows:

 1st Place: $500.00
2nd Place: $300.00
3rd Place: $200.00
Runner Up (Up to 4): $100.00

To be eligible, you must be a current Manchester high school student — enrolled at one of the public or parochial schools in Manchester, NH.

Submissions must be received by 5:00 pm EST on Friday, April 18, 2025 using the electronic form below. Email or paper submissions will not be accepted. Your submission must be your own original work. Any plagiarized or AI-generated content will result in disqualification.
