Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation – Targeted Grants Program
The Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation (“GRCHF”) is a supporting organization of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. It was established with the proceeds from the sale of the nonprofit Frisbie Memorial Hospital to HCA Healthcare, Inc. Its mission is to improve health and well-being and reduce the burden of illness of people in Strafford County and surrounding communities. Learn more about GRCHF and its vision and values.
This grantmaking program awards up to $25,000 to nonprofit organizations focusing on increasing access to mental health/behavioral health/substance use disorder services; early education/child care; and housing/transportation, serving Strafford County residents. Priority will be given to collaboration projects addressing the issues listed above. If your organization provides services other than mental health/behavioral health/substance use disorder services; early education/child care; and housing/transportation, please apply to the small grants program.
