Securities registered in your name
Securities may be delivered to the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (37 Pleasant St., Concord, NH 03301-4005) by mail or in person. A signed UBS stock power will be required for each gifted certificate; please leave the stock power form blank except for the signature. Note: this form requires the registered owner to obtain a medallion signature guarantee from a banking institution. If you are making your gift by mail, please deliver the signed stock power in an envelope separate from the securities, which are freely negotiable when combined physically with the stock power. In addition, completion of the gift of securities form is required.
Restricted securities (Rule 144)
Please contact Craig Lombardo at 603-225-6641 ext. 203 or qbangvbaf@aups.bet for additional information.
